Ringstorm: Bounce & Conquer Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 September 2026

This notice explains how information is handled in connection with Ringstorm: Bounce & Conquer ("Ringstorm"), including the Android and iOS app identified as com.yodco.ringstorm, and support for the game. Ringstorm is published on Google Play by YodcoMedia LLC and on the Apple App Store by Yodco Media SP Z O O ("Yodcomedia", "we", "us"). The publisher identified in your store listing is responsible for the processing it determines for your version of the game.

For privacy questions or requests, contact info@yodco.org. This notice does not replace the separate privacy notices of Google Play, Apple, or third-party services you choose to use.

This policy is a notice, not blanket consent. Installing the game or reading this page does not itself authorize every use of information. Advertising, analytics, attribution, and purchasing features can differ by platform and app version. The descriptions below apply when the corresponding service is enabled and the applicable permissions and legal requirements are met.

1. Information used by Ringstorm

  • Progress and preferences. Ringstorm stores game progress, inventory and equipment, currencies, rewards, merchant state, and settings such as sound and controls on your device. The game can generate an installation/player identifier for measurement. A generated identifier does not contain your real name, but data associated with it may still be personal information.
  • Gameplay events. Enabled analytics services receive events such as game sessions, tutorial progress, level attempts and results, items and currencies earned or spent, shop interactions, and advertisement interactions. These help us understand game balance, usability, and performance.
  • Device and network data. Enabled services may process IP addresses, installation or app-instance identifiers, advertising identifiers where available and permitted, device model, operating system, app version, language, session times, and technical error information. Country or approximate region may be inferred from an IP address. Ringstorm does not request precise GPS location, contacts, microphone, or camera access for gameplay.
  • Advertisements and attribution. Advertising and attribution services may receive ad impressions, ad interactions, ad unit and placement identifiers, advertising network and campaign information, and advertising revenue. This helps deliver advertisements, prevent invalid traffic, and understand which campaigns bring players to the game.
  • Purchases, where offered. Google Play or Apple processes the payment. We may receive product and transaction identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts, purchase status, and price/currency information to deliver purchases, restore supported entitlements, prevent duplicate delivery, and measure revenue. We do not receive your full payment-card number from the store.
  • Purchase processing and diagnostics. Ringstorm uses Unity In-App Purchasing to connect the game to Google Play or the Apple App Store. The purchasing SDK can send purchase attempts, outcomes, product and transaction information, receipts, available installation/session identifiers, device and application information, and technical diagnostics to Unity to operate and measure the purchasing service. This processing is separate from the game's Firebase Analytics and Amplitude settings. Ringstorm does not offer Unity's direct-to-consumer checkout or require an email address or named Unity player account for purchases. Google Play or Apple handles your payment details.
  • Support. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.

2. Purposes and legal grounds

We use information to operate Ringstorm, preserve progress and settings, deliver requested purchases and rewards, respond to support and privacy requests, maintain security, investigate errors and abuse, improve game balance, serve and measure advertisements, and evaluate acquisition campaigns and revenue.

Where European or UK data-protection law applies, the legal basis depends on the purpose: performance of our agreement with you for requested game features and purchases; legitimate interests in security, reliability, fraud prevention, and support; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required for analytics, advertising, tracking, or access to information on your device. A legitimate interest does not replace consent where consent is required. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.

3. Advertising and privacy choices

When advertising is enabled, Ringstorm uses AppLovin MAX to deliver and measure advertisements, including optional rewarded ads such as a bonus for watching an ad. Advertising partners may process device identifiers, network information, impressions, and interactions to serve advertisements, measure performance, prevent fraud, and personalize advertisements where permitted. Partners may combine information across apps or services according to their notices and applicable permissions.

Where available, use the consent form to choose the purposes and partners you permit. The Privacy option in the game's Settings provides the available privacy choices, including access to the supported advertising consent form in applicable regions. You can also contact us to withdraw consent or exercise other rights. Device settings may let you restrict tracking or reset/delete an advertising identifier. Apple's tracking permission is separate from advertising consent and from other data-processing permissions.

Withdrawing consent affects future processing and does not invalidate processing previously carried out on a valid basis. Restricting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertising. Privacy rights do not depend on making a purchase or buying an ad-removal product.

Optional game analytics. Android versions that offer an analytics choice keep Firebase Analytics collection off until you choose Allow analytics. You may choose Don't allow and continue playing, or change your choice in Settings > Privacy. This choice is independent of advertising consent and does not disable store billing or Unity IAP processing described above. Firebase advertising storage, advertising user-data and ad-personalization permissions remain denied in this implementation.

4. Service providers and disclosures

The following services may process information for the enabled features described above. Listing a provider does not mean that it receives all categories of information or that it is active in every version.

  • AppLovin MAX / AppLovin: advertising mediation, ad delivery, ad measurement, and fraud prevention. Other advertising partners, if enabled, are identified in the applicable consent form or advertising disclosures. AppLovin Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics for Firebase: usage, gameplay, and revenue measurement. Firebase privacy information and Google Privacy Policy.
  • Amplitude: product analytics, gameplay interactions, progression, and revenue measurement on our behalf. Direct requests concerning Ringstorm data to us. Amplitude privacy and security information.
  • Tenjin: installation attribution, acquisition-campaign measurement, and advertising or purchase revenue measurement where enabled. Tenjin Privacy Policy.
  • Google's consent-management services: presentation of privacy choices and storage of applicable consent signals. Google Privacy Policy.
  • Unity In-App Purchasing: purchase integration, transaction processing and purchasing diagnostics. See Unity IAP privacy information and Unity's privacy policy. Unity's role and the data it receives depend on the purchasing feature used.
  • Google Play and Apple: distribution, billing, purchase history, and platform privacy controls under their own notices. Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information to hosting and technical providers, professional advisers, authorities where required by law, or other parties where necessary to protect legal rights and security. If the game or business is transferred, relevant information may be transferred subject to applicable law and notice obligations.

Some advertising disclosures can be treated as a "sale", "sharing", or targeted advertising under US state privacy laws even when a specific record is not exchanged for money. Where these rights apply, use the available advertising controls or contact us to request an opt-out. We do not knowingly sell or share information about children under 16 for these purposes without authorization required by applicable law.

5. Local storage, retention, and security

Local progress and settings remain on your device until you reset or remove them, subject to platform backup behavior. The game's Delete Save action resets gameplay progress; it is not a request to erase analytics, advertising records, store purchase history, or every device identifier. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove local records, but does not automatically delete data already held by a service provider.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, taking into account support requests, purchase entitlements, security investigations, legal and accounting obligations, and disputes. Provider retention and deletion procedures also apply. Records subject to a permitted legal retention obligation may be retained after a deletion request; removal from backups can take additional time.

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information involved, including access controls and encrypted network connections for supported services. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

6. International processing

Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use applicable transfer arrangements through our provider agreements, such as contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about arrangements relevant to your data.

7. Your rights and deletion requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; request portability; or opt out of applicable targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. You may also have a right to appeal a decision concerning your request.

Write to info@yodco.org with "Ringstorm privacy request" in the subject. State the action you request, your platform, and an installation/player identifier if available. Ringstorm does not require a named game account to play, so we may need proportionate additional information to locate records and verify a request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information.

We handle requests within applicable legal time limits and explain any permitted limitation. Where appropriate, we coordinate with providers processing information on our behalf. Providers acting independently may have their own request procedures. Deleting game-related information does not delete your Google or Apple account or its purchase history.

For purchase-service records that Unity processes on our behalf, contact us using the Ringstorm privacy-request instructions above; after verifying the request, we coordinate with Unity. Data for which a provider acts independently, and store purchase records subject to retention obligations, may require a separate request to that provider and may not be erased by resetting the game.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you may complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). You do not have to contact us before approaching an authority.

8. Children and young players

We do not seek to collect personal information from children without the authorization required by applicable law. The age at which a young person can consent to particular processing varies by country. Where parental or guardian consent is required, a store content rating does not replace that requirement.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information through Ringstorm without required authorization, contact info@yodco.org. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deleting information where required.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the game, our practices, or applicable requirements change. We publish the current version here with its update date and provide additional notice or obtain fresh consent where required. Updating this notice does not itself create consent.

For privacy questions or requests about Ringstorm, contact info@yodco.org.
